Our story
Eclipse emerged from a unique collaboration between
dietitian-turned-entrepreneur Siobhan Coster and CSIRO, Australia's national science agency. What started as an MBA project in 2021 has grown into a venture-backed company determined to do ingredients better.
Our purpose
To transform the future of health and wellbeing by making beneficial ingredients accessible through sustainable production. Because better ingredients mean better health outcomes.

Siobhan Coster
CEO/Founder
Qualified dietitian and MBA graduate, Siobhan transformed Eclipse from concept to funded company in partnership with CSIRO. She brings deep nutrition expertise, entrepreneurial experience across health and biotech sectors, and a personal mission as a mother to improve health and wellbeing, globally.
Anthony Jay
Chief Technology Officer
With 15+ years in biotechnology and an MBA, Anthony leads Eclipse's technology development. His expertise in recombinant protein production and Pichia systems, combined with experience scaling from lab to commercial manufacture, ensures our scientific innovations align with commercial goals.
Dominic Pinel
Chief Scientific Officer
Dom is a PhD molecular biologist with 15+ years in strain engineering and synthetic biology. He brings a wealth of experience, having led large R&D teams taking novel ingredients from concept to commercial reality. He spearheads Eclipse's R&D strategy and innovation pipeline.
